About the role

• Baltic Product Manager developing new lending programs and driving corporate lending changes at a leading Baltic bank. Collaborating with international teams and contributing to business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Developing new products and lending programs, driving changes in corporate lending related to ESG
• Developing new products by understanding business/regulatory needs, product documentation update, introduction of changes to affected stakeholders
• Implementing and maintaining corporate lending programs in cooperation with other international institutions
• Incorporating ESG requirements in corporate lending area and driving needed changes arising from ESG related regulatory changes
• Participate and provide an input in initiatives/ projects related to corporate lending products on Baltic level
• Contribute to improving corporate lending product processes
• Support business growth initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in implementing lending programs in cooperation with other financial institutions
• 3+ years' experience in managing corporate lending products
• General understanding of ESG risks and requirements in lending area
• Stakeholder and time management skills
• Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability
• Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
• Higher educational background in finance, banking or similar
• Fluent English and local language are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
