About the role

  • Develop and own product and brand strategies for the German market
  • Manage and further develop prescription-only medicines in a tightly regulated, specialized market
  • Work closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Field Force, Market Access and international teams
  • Use market analyses, competitive intelligence and KPIs for continuous optimization
  • Contribute strategically and operationally to product launches – from planning to go-to-market

Requirements

  • Degree in natural sciences or business administration, ideally with a pharmaceutical focus
  • Initial professional experience in pharma marketing / product management in the Rx sector
  • Understanding of medical-scientific content and regulatory requirements
  • Structured, independent working style and strong team orientation
  • Enthusiasm for strategic brand management and operational execution
  • Excellent German and English skills
