Responsibilities
Develop and own product and brand strategies for the German market
Manage and further develop prescription-only medicines in a tightly regulated, specialized market
Work closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Field Force, Market Access and international teams
Use market analyses, competitive intelligence and KPIs for continuous optimization
Contribute strategically and operationally to product launches – from planning to go-to-market
Requirements
Degree in natural sciences or business administration, ideally with a pharmaceutical focus
Initial professional experience in pharma marketing / product management in the Rx sector
Understanding of medical-scientific content and regulatory requirements
Structured, independent working style and strong team orientation
Enthusiasm for strategic brand management and operational execution
Excellent German and English skills
