About the role
- Lead end-to-end AV validation projects, from requirements definition through delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to align validation activities with product milestones.
- Build and maintain the validation roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.
- Translate product and safety requirements into clear validation plans and measurable KPIs.
- Track progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with analytics teams to interpret validation results and generate actionable insights.
- Continuously improve workflows, tools, and methodologies.
- Prepare and present project updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in project or product management within a technology or automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
