- Lead design for core areas of the platform that introduce users to Userpilot’s value.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring ideas from concept to launch.
- Use research, data, and feedback to continuously refine and improve user journeys.
- Contribute to the design system and shape product look, feel, and interactions.
- Own projects end-to-end with autonomy and make a visible impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or growth-driven environments.
- A portfolio that shows strong UX and UI design across web applications.
- Confidence in balancing user needs with business goals.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- A mindset that’s both creative and pragmatic — focused on shipping real impact.
