About the role

• Senior Product Designer leading design strategy for mylo, a fintech platform. Collaborating with teams to create user-centric experiences from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive, elegant, and user-centric experiences that directly impact product success and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and key stakeholders to define and execute design solutions that align with business goals.
• Take ownership of the full design lifecycle—from discovery and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final delivery.
• Continuously explore new ways to improve products through research, interaction design, and visual polish.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work on complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in design software and deep knowledge of interaction design principles.
• Proven ability to solve complex design problems.
• Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to drive design conversations at a strategic level.
• Robust experience in conducting comprehensive user research and usability testing.
