About the role
- Product Delivery Manager driving implementation and client success for Abound's lending technology solutions. Leading product discovery and enhancing partner collaboration in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery by understanding partners’ product, technical and commercial requirements
- Manage implementation delivery across internal and external engineering, commercial, legal & compliance and operations teams
- Plan and manage testing and issue resolution
- Help drive client growth and use of the platform and boost our overall origination volumes
- Monitor product’s commercial and technical performance
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues, triage and oversee resolution
- Develop the product roadmap taking into account market developments, partners’ feedback and internal requirements
- Work with engineering to define, prioritise and build new features
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced, challenging environment, e.g. start-ups, consulting, banking
- Strong project management skills with experience delivering technology projects
- Ability to adapt and learn new concepts quickly
- Technical aptitude to understand API integrations and data workflows, perform data analytics and technical testing
- Preferred: understanding of UK financial services commercial and regulatory landscape
