About the role

  • Solution Manager in CLM managing high-quality customer APIs and complex banking solutions at Erste Digital. Collaborating with technical teams and various stakeholders to foster innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex core banking solution with a large user base and high transaction volume: lead and coordinate a team of technical business analysts and developers to ensure an efficient requirements engineering process
  • Prepare security-relevant tests
  • Create and maintain security-relevant documentation
  • Monitor and analyze solution functions with complex logic and high interdependence: perform technical business analysis and requirements engineering
  • Document in Jira and Confluence
  • Provide third-level support and perform bug analysis
  • Define and specify REST APIs
  • Manually test REST APIs and host services
  • Support solution architects in solution design
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across Erste Group

Requirements

  • Experience in quality assurance and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
  • Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
  • Passion for business processes and commitment to continuous learning
  • Proficiency with core banking systems or willingness to acquire necessary knowledge
  • Familiarity with process- and requirements-management methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a respectful attitude toward colleagues
