Identify future supply chain needs and communicate them to senior leadership.
Work with distributors to maintain lead times, fill rates, and ETA accuracy.
Provide extended coverage during month-end and quarter-end periods as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Pricing, or a related field, OR 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Pricing, or a related field without a degree, including 1 years of management/leadership experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with senior leadership
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated financial and analytical skills
Experience mentoring and managing direct reports
Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
Strong understanding of cross-functional team dynamics and problem-solving
Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools
Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external partner relationships.
