About the role
- Support purchasing of goods and services at CCL Faubel innovating in pharmaceuticals and logistics. Handle negotiations, reports, and strategy development within a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the procurement of goods and services and the related tender processes in close coordination with the specialist departments
- Manage processes from order initiation and monitoring through to incoming goods inspection, as well as preparing reports and analyses
- Negotiate with new service providers regarding contracts, terms and framework agreements
- Oversee the contract management process, perform contract controlling and resolve contract disputes
- Prepare customer invoices based on existing order and service data
- Verify incoming invoices for formal, substantive and arithmetic accuracy
- Maintain and update billing-relevant data in our ERP system
- Proactively develop and implement category and procurement strategies and identify optimization potential
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in business administration)
- Professional experience in a purchasing/procurement department
