About the role

Responsibilities
- Support quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers
- Assist in the analysis of commercial proposals and the preparation of technical comparisons
- Help draft contracts and purchase orders
- Contribute to supplier mapping and updates
- Support the team on cost-saving, ESG and operational efficiency projects
- Prepare reports and presentations to monitor indicators and results
- Attend meetings with internal stakeholders and support administrative tasks for the department
Requirements
- Currently enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Analytical ability and attention to detail
