Responsibilities
Support quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers
Assist in the analysis of commercial proposals and the preparation of technical comparisons
Help draft contracts and purchase orders
Contribute to supplier mapping and updates
Support the team on cost-saving, ESG and operational efficiency projects
Prepare reports and presentations to monitor indicators and results
Attend meetings with internal stakeholders and support administrative tasks for the department
Requirements
Currently enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields
Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
Analytical ability and attention to detail
