About the role

  • Process Improvement Specialist responsible for planning clinical workflows at Pacmed Clinics. Focusing on training needs and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, and evaluating clinical workflows and training needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in health administration, public health, or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience.
  • 3 years project management, clinical support, EHR optimization, organizational development, staff training or other related fields
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access programs, including Pivot tables, Graphs, and creating presentations.
  • Epic-related work experience.
  • AthenaIDX related work experience. Proven experience with process improvement, six sigma, business transformation
