About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise solution architecture modeling and design by collaborating with cross-domain architects and leadership
- Partner with engineering teams to collaborate and drive design and architecture decisions
- Implement and enforce architecture governance to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across solutions
- Develop blueprint architectures, including multi-year transition plans
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams early in the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on design and implementation experience in IT
- 3+ years of experience in application development, middleware, database management or operations, security, or integration
- Prior cloud experience
- Previous experience as a Solution Architect
- Strong understanding of financial markets, especially wealth management
- Experience with domain-driven architecture, microservices, and API design
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EKS, Glue, Lambda, and RDS
- Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka or Kinesis
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, automated deployments, and containerization
