About the role
- Define and drive design strategy for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Craft design artifacts like scenarios, wireframes, process flows, high-fidelity comps and prototypes to test, evangelize, and deliver ideas
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the global UX team
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Advocate for user-centered designs and ensure user feedback informs decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and execute design solutions
- Ensure high standards of design quality and consistency across products and platforms
- Stay current with industry trends and leverage knowledge to drive innovation
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and communication with stakeholders
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate team work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in product design, communication design, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of product work and Figma related experience required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of cross platform design systems and technical frameworks
- Project management skills to prioritize design needs and ensure successful project completion
- Experience in Business Automation space is a plus
- Recent use and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence is a plus
