Requirements

- General business level understanding of digital technologies, including web development, digital marketing, and software development.
- Some knowledge of organizational transformation / change management and Agile methodologies is an asset.
- Possess skills to communicate and take lead initiatives within a team.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing work environment.
- Excellent communication and ability to implement tactics consistent with business objectives.
