- Influence and innovate in decision making within the Telematics team
- Draw insights from data and explore new ways of utilizing it
- Own and share ideas at an executive level
- Update processes with novel insurance insights
- Support junior analysts in their development
Requirements
- Comfortable and confident with numerical and statistical information
- Ability to translate experience into the insurance sector
- Experience in an analytical programming environment (Python, R or any other language/toolkit)
- Initiative, accountability, and honesty in approaches taken
- Passionate about work and willing to share knowledge with colleagues
