About the role
- Pre-Sales Solution Engineer supporting the Enterprise Sales team of HSI Donesafe's innovative SAAS platform. Collaborating to maximize benefits for enterprise customers with technological expertise.
Responsibilities
- Support the Enterprise Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses & business justification in a presales capacity.
- Lead the adoption and optimization of internal sales tools business infrastructure
- Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to Donesafe product management and engineering groups
- Work with our implementation and referral partners to promote and onsell Donesafe via presales engagements and partner enablement
- Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment
- Product and Subject Matter Leadership for HSI business areas and industry segments
Requirements
- Hands on experience working with at least one analytics-based system, CRM, or comparable enterprise SaaS platform supporting business process automation, reporting, and data management
- Strong presentation & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
- Technical background with a sales/customer orientation (1+ years)
- Experience selling and working with pure SaaS solutions in multi-tenant architectures is preferred
- Cloud platform experience, such as AWS or Azure
- Specific experience in Safety Management (WHS) platforms.
- Tertiary qualification favored
