About the role

  • Pre-Sales Solution Engineer supporting the Enterprise Sales team of HSI Donesafe's innovative SAAS platform. Collaborating to maximize benefits for enterprise customers with technological expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Enterprise Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses & business justification in a presales capacity.
  • Lead the adoption and optimization of internal sales tools business infrastructure
  • Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to Donesafe product management and engineering groups
  • Work with our implementation and referral partners to promote and onsell Donesafe via presales engagements and partner enablement
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment
  • Product and Subject Matter Leadership for HSI business areas and industry segments

Requirements

  • Hands on experience working with at least one analytics-based system, CRM, or comparable enterprise SaaS platform supporting business process automation, reporting, and data management
  • Strong presentation & negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
  • Technical background with a sales/customer orientation (1+ years)
  • Experience selling and working with pure SaaS solutions in multi-tenant architectures is preferred
  • Cloud platform experience, such as AWS or Azure
  • Specific experience in Safety Management (WHS) platforms.
  • Tertiary qualification favored
