- Present products and services to clients and map their needs;
- Participate in mapping and processing requests;
- Conduct follow-ups with clients;
- Prepare scopes for requests and lead kickoff meetings with the involved technical teams;
- Provide support for commercial sales and project implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Previous experience with processes, commercial projects, and client-facing activities—both for sales and for account management/relationship-building is desirable;
- Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is essential;
