About the role

  • Analista de Sucesso do Cliente managing and enhancing client relationships in the agribusiness sector. Providing consultative support and ensuring customer satisfaction with Aliare's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, tracking their journey and performance in using the solutions;
  • Conduct regular meetings (remote and in-person), focused on strategy, results and customer progression;
  • Understand each customer's context and business model, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth;
  • Proactively identify risks and implement retention actions to reduce churn;
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities and new business within the account base;
  • Monitor customer success metrics (NPS, engagement, churn, expansion) and propose continuous improvement actions;
  • Map feedback and opportunities for evolution in the customer journey;
  • Promote best practices for using the solutions, ensuring greater adoption and value generation;
  • Record and organize customer interactions, ensuring high-quality information management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management (Customer Success, Support, Consulting, or related areas);
  • Experience managing a customer portfolio and conducting strategic meetings;
  • Experience monitoring performance indicators (NPS, churn, expansion);
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and analytical ability;
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile;
  • Must reside in Cascavel, PR, or the surrounding region.
