About the role
- Responsible for planning, directing and coordination of associates and tasks within clinics
- Drive and manage the sales of Aesthetics by building a selling culture
- Manage regional budget, ensuring offices operate within aesthetic budget
- Ensure Aesthetic office locations adhere to company policies, procedures and industry regulations
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards while maintaining Apex quality aesthetic
- Address operational and personnel problems promptly
- Standardize review process for Aesthetic Provider’s metrics on a monthly basis
- Liaise between branches and company headquarters on Aesthetic matters
- Ensure consistent patient care levels across offices
- Create and deliver reports to Aesthetic Providers and Practice Managers
- Travel to multiple office locations daily
- Train and manage performance of Aesthetic Providers and teams
- Coach methods for Aesthetic Providers and staff to promote upselling
- Participate in recruitment and hiring of Aesthetic staff
- Increase patient retention by exhibiting Apex Core Values
- Participate in marketing events and social media campaigns
- Delegate administrative duties as needed
- Provide consistent and accurate inventory and par levels for each location
- Ability to grow Aesthetic revenue and patient count using marketing strategies
Requirements
- Previous work experience in management position
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate across different levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of basic computer operating systems such as Windows and Outlook
- Strongly self-motivated
- Quantitative aptitude and experience managing budgets
- Leadership and independent decision-making ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill
- Minimum Associate’s degree in management or related field
- 2-5 years in a sales or leadership role
