About the role
- Intern supporting Global Partners team with managing operational processes and commercial contracts. Aiming to enhance operational efficiency and skills in a collaborative global environment.
Responsibilities
- Apoyar al equipo de Global Partners en la gestión y seguimiento operativo de casos cross, contratos y procesos comerciales.
- Asegurar la correcta carga y actualización de información clave.
- Apoyar en la carga, control y actualización de informes semanales, promociones y acuerdos comerciales generados por los ejecutivos.
- Colaborar en la solicitud, organización y monitoreo de contratos de arrendamiento, vencimientos y renovaciones.
- Apoyar en el control de inventario y entrega de uniformes en islas.
- Participar en la preparación de archivos para auditorías internas.
Requirements
- Estudiante activo(a): Ingeniería Industrial para la Dirección, Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Negocios, Administración Turística.
- Sin experiencia previa (0 a 2 años).
- Paquetería Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Conocimientos básicos en gestión administrativa y documental.
- Deseable: nociones en seguimiento de contratos o proveedores.
- Inglés básico.
