Responsibilities
Identify customer requests through messages received across different channels (chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone);
Propose and communicate personalized and appropriate solutions for each case whenever possible;
Respond to customers using our library of ready-made replies, adapting case details and customizing communication;
Act as intermediary with insurers when necessary, maintaining clear, proactive, and frequent communication with customers to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements
High school diploma
Previous experience or interest in customer service
Good communication skills and the ability to tailor service to the context
