About the role
- Technical Engineer focusing on repair management for white & brown goods in a hybrid setting between Spain and Portugal. Engaging in quality control and building repair networks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate repair reports and quotations for Spain and Portugal.
- Control costs while ensuring high-quality service.
- Liaise with repair agents and technical partners.
- Validate product replacements and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
- Build and maintain a robust repair network in Spain.
- Conduct monthly audits and assist in improving service levels.
Requirements
- Technical experience with white and brown goods (household appliances).
- Flexible, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- Advanced level of English.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
