Responsibilities
Manage and evaluate repair reports and quotations for Spain and Portugal.
Control costs while ensuring high-quality service.
Liaise with repair agents and technical partners.
Validate product replacements and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
Build and maintain a robust repair network in Spain.
Conduct monthly audits and assist in improving service levels.
Requirements
Technical experience with white and brown goods (household appliances).
Flexible, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong communicator and team player.
Fluent in Portuguese.
Advanced level of English.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
