About the role
- Own and safeguard the end-to-end accounting process for all global revenue streams
- Design, implement, and oversee efficient reconciliation flows across various platforms
- Lead the accounting for complex financial matters and new revenue streams
- Perform timely and high-quality review of reconciliations and financial analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and operate products effectively
- Proactively review financial risks and continuously drive improvements
- Lead and manage 3-4 direct reports, focusing on talent development
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance, or equivalent) + Professional Qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
- Proven experience in Record to Report (R2R) or similar
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex querying
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- In-depth knowledge and application of IFRS, especially IFRS 15
- Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and effectively engage diverse stakeholders
