Join us as a Property Analyst, where you’ll transform online research into polished reports for U.S. real estate clients, primarily from the comfort of your home, with a short daily trip to our designated UPS Store to support our Accounting operations.
We are looking to hire for our next paid training class that starts on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 with an approximate schedule of 8:30am–5pm EST (see details on the schedule below).
This position is based in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must reside within 10 miles or approximately a 20-minute drive of the UPS Store at Brentwood Towne Square, 350 Towne Square Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15227. A reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required, as this role includes a daily drive to that UPS location to drop off Accounting mail. All other equipment related to the role will be provided by PropLogix.
• Summarize and compile reports using our proprietary software
Utilize our proprietary production environment for product fulfillment
Coordinate with our internal Client Experience team to ensure client needs are met
Search property management records
Make multiple phone calls and send emails with requested orders to ensure we meet our client’s deadlines
Examine documents for completeness, accuracy, or conformance to product standards
Use computers to enter, access, or retrieve data
Maintain detailed records, reports, and files
Use library or online Internet research techniques
Data entry
Write business correspondence
Understand Homeowners’ Associations and the Florida Estoppel Statute (training will be provided)
Utilize Adobe Acrobat to compile and edit reports
Maintain productivity and quality KPIs, as assigned based on training milestones
Print and scan checks for the Accounting team on a daily basis during afternoon hours
Drive to the designated UPS Store (Brentwood Towne Square, 350 Towne Square Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15227) each afternoon to drop off Accounting mail
Other related duties, as assigned
Requirements
Reside within 10 miles (or approximately a 20-minute drive) of the UPS Store at 350 Towne Square Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15227
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Available to work the schedule as stated above
Able to meet a set afternoon UPS drop-off cutoff time each business day
At least 2 years of work experience, such as customer service or research
High School or equivalent / GED
Is comfortable with and enjoys repetitive, detail-oriented work
Has a high level of attention to detail and takes pride in accurate, polished output
Is organized and able to manage time well; particularly when planning around traffic to meet the daily afternoon UPS drop-off cutoff
Is willing and able to drive safely and reliably as part of the daily workflow
Communicates professionally in writing and over the phone
Has excellent and precise data entry and typing skills
Is proficient with Google, Adobe, and other standard business software
Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving
Can work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Brings a friendly and helpful demeanor
