About the role
- Responsible for activities supporting financial planning and budgeting, as well as procurement and acquisitions, monitoring budgeted vs. actual, forecasting and provisions.
- Support the team in resolving questions related to variable costs;
- Prepare budgets (Budget / Forecast) — CAPEX and OPEX;
- Prepare financial estimates, insights and recommendations based on analyses;
- Support activities related to the accounting close;
- Consolidate and report KPIs for the area related to these topics;
- Consolidate and analyze actual vs. budget variances;
- Provide information that supports understanding partner behavior and adapting policies to their needs;
- Periodically monitor results and performance of channels and operations;
- Develop automated reports and dashboards to monitor results;
- Monitor performance metrics, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities;
- Propose improvements to processes and operational routines.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Experience in budget management is desirable;
- Knowledge of data management is desirable;
- Knowledge of Power BI is desirable;
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
