Responsibilities
- Carry out follow-ups and update the short-term work backlog daily with the onboard supervision/inspection team;
- Perform critical assessments, including issuing schedules and taking immediate short-term actions;
- Analyze and validate incoming requests, consolidating them into the service backlog;
- Familiarity with creating Orders and Suborders and Maintenance Notes in SAP;
- Propose appropriate WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) formats for task tracking and schedule development;
- Plan and consolidate the portfolio, covering all stages of planning, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and offshore installation for each task—preparing project and procurement plans and validating deadlines and resources with the execution teams;
- Monitor and follow up on the activities of execution contractors, verifying new service entries, physical progress, and deadline follow-ups;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
- Experience with SAP;
- Experience with MS Project;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Advanced Excel;
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days remote, 2 days in office);
- Possibility of occasional offshore mobilization and technical site visits.
