About the role

  • Lead and manage a team of project controls specialists
  • Establish and maintain project control governance, processes, and procedures
  • Develop and manage integrated project baselines over scope, cost, schedule, and risk
  • Oversee scheduling, cost management, change control, risk and opportunity analysis, and document management
  • Provide expert guidance on planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance reporting

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Commonwealth Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in project management or related field or diploma in project management
  • Strong grasp of planning, scheduling, and risk management in complex environments
  • Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Saffran
  • Identifying improvement ideas and leading improvement opportunities
  • Extensive, recent experience across diverse project lifecycles
  • Understanding of different contracting methodologies
