About the role
- Chargé d'exploitation photovoltaïque au sein de Technique Solaire, supervisant la performance des centrales solaires. Analyse, maintenance et amélioration des dispositifs techniques et commerciaux.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the daily production and performance of photovoltaic plants
- Investigate malfunctions, propose solutions and improvement actions
- Produce technical and financial performance reports
- Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of installations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of solar plants
- Actively participate in the life of the department
- Publish installations to the monitoring tool
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations
- Oversee cleaning operations and associated administrative tasks
- Follow up on after-sales service (including manufacturer warranties)
- Perform equipment quality control
- Prepare stock recommendations
- Set up partnerships to subcontract maintenance
- Conduct audits and analyses of plant performance
- Monitor performance and availability, including technical analyses
- Ensure the preservation of manufacturer warranties for our equipment
- Perform technical audits of preventive maintenance procedures
- Establish and manage client E&M contractual relationships
- Implement maintenance and operations contracts
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5), preferably from an engineering school
- Knowledge of the photovoltaic sector
- Ability to manage the performance of an assigned portfolio
- Ability to analyze a plant’s production
- Technical project management knowledge (costs, timelines, scheduling, budget)
- Use and interpret data on our supervision platform (Synaptic)
- Rigorous and well-organized
- Strong communicator with good oral and written skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word; Power BI is a plus
