Responsibilities
- Manage a team of project managers as well as your own agrivoltaic development projects
- Lead and maintain engagement with external business introducers (referral partners)
- Qualify opportunities and design agrivoltaic projects
- Manage relationships with landowners and local authorities
- Consult and oversee engineering consultancies for administrative permits
- Contribute to CRE (French Energy Regulatory Commission) tenders
- Drive the team's activity and monitor project development
- Consolidate relationships with referral networks and prospect for new ones
Requirements
- Experience managing a team of project managers
- Proven experience in developing agrivoltaic projects
- Ability to lead and train networks of external referral partners
- Skills in preparing and tracking administrative permit applications
- Knowledge of agronomy, regulatory studies, and stakeholder consultation with local actors
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work effectively in a team
