Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Tax, a qualified Canadian CPA or equivalent recognized designation
  • Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation, or being in pursuit of any of these
  • Experience in public accounting or law firms
  • Good understanding of Canadian tax rules and issues facing high net worth clients with corporations and trusts
  • Experience assisting with designing and governance of philanthropic plans
  • Strong understanding of responsible investing
  • Superior problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Ability to manage, develop, retain and mentor junior tax professionals
  • Fluency in English and French
