About the role

  • Stay up to date with academic literature, market research, and industry trends in organizational science, behavioral analytics, and AI.
  • Proactively research key trends impacting talent (e.g. AI) to hypothesize the future of work.
  • Design interventions and experiments to measure and improve individual, team, and organizational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external researchers, attend conferences, and contribute to publications or internal white papers.
  • Design research and conduct statistical analyses and build predictive models to address workforce challenges such as attrition, engagement, performance, and inclusion.
  • Apply machine learning techniques to identify patterns, forecast outcomes, and optimize HR processes.
  • Integrate internal HR data with external benchmarks and research to contextualize insights.
  • Develop and implement AI solutions aligned with organizational goals, including natural language processing, recommendation systems, and generative AI applications.
  • Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance in all implementations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, data science, and HR tech.
  • Partner with People Analytics consultants to translate business questions into analytical approaches and to ensure data quality and effective storytelling.
  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decisions at all levels.

Requirements

  • Master’s / PhD degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in data science, preferably within HR, People Analytics, or organizational research.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and integrity.
