Customer Research Analyst assisting in understanding internal client business decisions and developing research methodologies. Engaging in consumer behavior studies and presenting findings to divisional clients.
Responsibilities
Assist the manager in understanding the internal divisional client's business decisions, defining research objectives, and determining appropriate methodologies.
Develop surveys and focus group moderator guides that meet the client's research objectives.
Lead research planning meetings to secure consensus before study execution.
Oversee study execution and respond to issues as they arise.
Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with suppliers, the divisional client team, and the manager before, during, and after the study.
Prepare required purchasing documents and monitor vendor invoices.
Analyze data promptly using sound analytical methods.
Prepare well-written reports detailing key study findings, including an executive summary with actionable insights.
Present findings to internal divisional clients and address follow-up questions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, or Advertising.
Advanced English is required; Spanish is a plus.
Experience in studying and analyzing consumer behavior.
Experience in customer research (entry-level experience acceptable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience with indicator analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
Ability to provide consulting and guidance, contributing to the Voice of the Customer.
Availability to work on-site at the São Caetano do Sul facility.
