  • Responsible for carrying out payroll tasks for the company in accordance to company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws
  • Historical edits
  • Entering deduction adjustments
  • Confirmation of data sets
  • Creation of payroll reports
  • Processing checks and direct deposit returns
  • Processing final payouts
  • Processing garnishments
  • Special projects

Requirements

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Superior computer skills required
  • Must possess strong personal organization and time management, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Strong understanding of payroll accounting, payroll best practices, and payroll application systems
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player
  • Prior experience in payroll in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
