About the role
- Bilanz-Buchhalter:in managing client accounts and overseeing digital bookkeeping processes at TRUST Treuhand- und Steuerberatung GmbH in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Selbstständige Betreuung unserer Klienten in allen buchhalterischen Belangen.
- Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
- Mitwirkung bei Steuererklärungen.
- Überwachung von monatlichen Klientenbuchhaltungen samt Digitalisierung der kaufmännischen Organisation in unserem RZL-Buchhaltungssystem.
- Organisation des digitalen Belegtransfers, fachkundige Beurteilung der laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle und Anpassung der digitalen Abläufe.
- Übernahme und Aufbereiten der digitalen Belege unserer Mandanten sowie die Übernahme der Daten (Camt53 Bankdateien).
- Beratung unsere Klienten beim Aufbau ihres digitalen Rechnungswesen.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung.(Lehre/ HAK /HLW/HBLA), vorteilhaft ist natürlich die Buchhalterprüfung (WIFI oder Akademie der KSW).
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Buchhaltungssoftware (idealerweise RZL).
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (xslx, docx und msg) ist dir ausgezeichnet bekannt und du haben Freude damit.
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Genauigkeit.
- Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team.
