About the role

  • Execute payroll processing, including statutory charges, variable pay items and final reconciliation;
  • Submit legal obligations through eSocial and EFD-Reinf;
  • Support payroll accounting (provisions and journal entries);
  • Manage vacations, legally-mandated leaves, hires and terminations;
  • Generate collection/payment slips for contributions (INSS, FGTS, union taxes);
  • Prepare management reports focused on HR KPIs and legal compliance;
  • Work on process improvements for the department's routines;
  • Execute and verify timekeeping routines (electronic and manual);
  • Administer benefits (requests, verification and reconciliation);
  • Assist and advise employees on payroll, benefits and labor law matters;
  • Maintain organization, digitization and filing of labor documents, following LGPD and compliance best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience with the routines and responsibilities of the role;
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll-related charges;
  • Experience with Protheus Totvs payroll system (formerly Microsiga) is a plus;
  • Analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
