About the role

  • Senior Analyst focused on enhancing digital customer experience for MEOO app. Leading data-driven product initiatives and collaborating with technology and business teams at Localiza&Co.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor digital customer journey indicators such as app/web usage, NPS, and volume and types of support tickets, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of the customer experience, linking data to hypotheses and actionable insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance indicators related to the digital experience
  • Map customer journey issues, structure diagnostics, and translate opportunities into transformation projects
  • Discuss solutions with technology teams (squads, developers, Labs) and operations areas, acting as a bridge between business and product
  • Oversee project execution, performing follow-ups, alignments, and delivery management
  • Define and monitor post-implementation success metrics to ensure real impact on the customer experience
  • Communicate results, progress, and learnings to different levels of the organization, including management

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience in Customer Experience applied to digital products
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into decisions and strategic direction
  • Experience in digital product, technology, or digital transformation environments
  • Profile that combines strategic vision, hands-on execution and strong communication, acting as the owner of projects
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, engaging with technical teams and business areas
  • Senior profile with autonomy, critical thinking and maturity to prioritize high-impact initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Experience in Customer Experience within a digital context (apps, platforms, digital products)
  • Advanced Excel for data analysis and manipulation
  • Advanced Power BI with experience building dashboards and KPIs
  • Experience analyzing product metrics and customer journey metrics
  • Practical knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis (a plus, not required)
