Perform calculations and procedures for employment terminations, including verification of termination payments, charges/contributions and legal deadlines;
Issue and review documents related to terminations, such as the Termination Statement (TRCT), FGTS termination payment form (GRRF), connectivity key and homologations;
Monitor, review and resolve inconsistencies in the electronic timekeeping system (adjustments, time bank, overtime and work schedules);
Support payroll closing, vacation pay and 13th salary (annual bonus);
Submit and monitor eSocial events related to terminations, work schedules and other legal obligations;
Support benefits routines and other Personnel/HR department processes;
Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields;
Knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
Prior experience (internship or full-time) with terminations and/or electronic timekeeping will be considered a plus;
Familiarity with payroll systems, timekeeping control and eSocial;
Intermediate Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Organization and attention to detail;
Analytical skills and focus on deadlines;
Proactivity and willingness to learn;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
Ethics and confidentiality in handling information.
