About the role

  • Sachbearbeiter Buchhaltung role managing accounting tasks for Qualitypool, a leading German broker pool. Responsibilities include invoicing, bookkeeping, and communication with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of premium invoices and settlements for brokers and insurance partners
  • Review and posting of incoming and outgoing commission and premium transactions
  • Resolving open inquiries by phone and in writing
  • Monitoring outstanding items and sending payment reminders
  • Close cooperation with the financial accounting team

Requirements

  • Experience in accounting or financial reporting
  • Commercial vocational training
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
