About the role
- Account Analyst responsible for analyzing financial transactions and providing insights to support strategic decision-making at Creditas. Hybrid role based in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Analyze balance and income fluctuations;
- Prepare payroll reporting and perform payroll analysis;
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts;
- Analyze financial results and vendor/supplier information;
- Structure and review financial data and reports;
- Perform complex financial data analyses to provide strategic insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
- Experience with accounting routines (reconciliations, variance analysis) and/or auditing;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, collaborative environment;
- Proactive with strong interpersonal skills (internal stakeholder relationships);
- Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for four consecutive days, typically during the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
