About the role

• Partnership Manager focusing on digital activations and coordination of sponsorship campaigns for FC Schalke 04. Responsible for relationship management and compliance with sponsorship rights at the club.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for sponsors and partners to ensure contractual fulfillment of sponsorship rights.
• Focus on digital activations (primarily owned channels and social media, as well as KPI-driven digital campaigns).
• Execution of agreed advertising services and organization of sponsor and partner events.
• Coordination and support of campaigns, promotions, and other activation measures.
• Responsible for contract-compliant implementation of sponsorship rights and close collaboration with partners.
• Proactive support and advising of sponsors on activating their rights and maintaining client relationships within the partner network.
• Lead internal projects to activate partner rights, season planning, and documentation of all rights activations including reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on sports.
• At least three years of experience in partnership management or key account management.
• Strong understanding of digital activations and the objectives derived from them.
• Affinity for and understanding of the challenges in key account management.
• Confident presence and strong communication skills.
• Structured, reliable working style and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office and ideally experienced with Salesforce.
• Above-average service orientation and customer focus, as well as the ability to work well in a team.
