About the role
- Legal partner for labor judicial cases, focusing on agreements and routine legal matters. Managing a judicial portfolio and collaboration with team members.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a judicial labor caseload;
- Drafting all pleadings and filings for the caseload;
- Negotiating and executing settlements;
- Representing the employer/respondent, with a focus on the execution/enforcement stage;
- Updating the firm's and client's case management systems;
- Monitoring case progress and court proceedings;
- Other routine tasks related to the caseload.
Requirements
- Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
- Law degree (complete); postgraduate degree in the field preferred;
- Solid knowledge of labor litigation procedures;
- Previous experience in high-volume litigation environments, specifically in the execution/enforcement phase;
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills are essential;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
- Ability to manage large volumes of work and urgent deadlines;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Oral and written communication;
- Regular and punctual attendance.
