Responsibilities
Responsible for a judicial labor caseload;
Drafting all pleadings and filings for the caseload;
Negotiating and executing settlements;
Representing the employer/respondent, with a focus on the execution/enforcement stage;
Updating the firm's and client's case management systems;
Monitoring case progress and court proceedings;
Other routine tasks related to the caseload.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
Law degree (complete); postgraduate degree in the field preferred;
Solid knowledge of labor litigation procedures;
Previous experience in high-volume litigation environments, specifically in the execution/enforcement phase;
Strong legal writing and analytical skills are essential;
Ability to work well in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to manage large volumes of work and urgent deadlines;
Advanced Excel skills;
Oral and written communication;
Regular and punctual attendance.
