About the role

Responsibilities
- The attorney will be responsible for the client's litigation docket and administrative matters.
- Drafting all pleadings and legal documents;
- Direct client contact and alignment of legal strategies;
- Negotiating settlement agreements;
- Updating the firm's and client's case management systems;
- Monitoring case progress and procedural developments;
- Attending hearings and performing other activities necessary for the client's routine.
Requirements
- Active membership with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP);
- Knowledge and experience in Consumer and Civil Law;
- Postgraduate specialization in the area is a plus;
- Strong written communication and logical reasoning skills are essential;
