About the role
- Assistant Attorney General in the Fair Labor Division ensuring enforcement of labor laws in Massachusetts. Handling cases of wage theft and supporting community engagement.

Requirements

- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
- At least three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience in the practice of law.
- Legal experience and/or interest in protecting the rights of vulnerable populations.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to advise on legal matters by interpreting relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Chinese or other language fluency desirable.
