Responsibilities
- Drafting all judicial and administrative filings;
- Direct contact with clients and alignment of legal strategies;
- Negotiating settlements;
- Entering and maintaining records in the firm’s and client’s systems;
- Monitoring case progress;
- Attending hearings and other activities required for the client’s routine.
Requirements
- Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP);
- Knowledge of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Consumer Law;
- Knowledge of and postgraduate studies in Gaming & Gambling Law are a plus;
- Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
