Responsibilities

  • Drafting all judicial and administrative filings;
  • Direct contact with clients and alignment of legal strategies;
  • Negotiating settlements;
  • Entering and maintaining records in the firm’s and client’s systems;
  • Monitoring case progress;
  • Attending hearings and other activities required for the client’s routine.

Requirements

  • Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP);
  • Knowledge of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Consumer Law;
  • Knowledge of and postgraduate studies in Gaming & Gambling Law are a plus;
  • Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
  • Proactivity;
