About the role

  • Prepare, review, and analyze basic legal documents, such as non-disclosure agreements, routine contracts, subcontracts, and settlement agreements in coordination with attorneys and the Contracts and Procurement organizations.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance for special projects aimed at improving business processes across functional areas.
  • Assist as needed with strategic transactions, including organizing due diligence materials and managing checklists within databases.
  • Provide support for litigation, mediation, arbitration, and the resolution of claims, involving contractual and employment matters.
  • Assist with corporate governance, including maintenance of corporate records and responding to requests for corporate documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments, as needed and respond to a variety of inquiries from internal and external sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Legal Studies, related field or equivalent experience; paralegal certificate required.
  • 10 years’ experience, preferably in-house or combination of working with basic commercial contracts, general corporate matters, and supporting litigation.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Westlaw.
