Responsibilities
Monitor the receipt and registration of circularization/confirmation letters, as well as liaise with clients and respond to auditors.
Register cases, their developments and appeals in internal and external case-tracking systems.

Assist in organizing legal documents and files.
Conduct searches and submissions at notary offices and public registries to obtain information and protocols.
Liaise with banks to obtain updated bank statements for judicial accounts, open judicial accounts, process disbursement orders, withdrawal mandates, compulsory deposits, and related banking procedures.
Collect signatures, registrations, and filing receipts for various documents from the competent authorities.
Review digitized case files.
Requirements
Law degree in progress or completed (Bachelor's in Law/LL.B. or equivalent).
Proficiency with legal software and document management tools.
Senior Paralegal conducting legal research, reviewing legal documents for accuracy, and maintaining legal files. Supporting law related initiatives for a major retirement company.
