About the role

  • Paralegal at a top law firm in Brazil organizing legal information and supporting attorneys in tax and social security areas. Managing administrative processes with precision and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and organize information from administrative and judicial proceedings in the tax and social security areas;
  • Share updates with the responsible attorneys and keep data current in the internal case management system;
  • Work with a focus on procedural stages, ensuring speed and accuracy in case movements;
  • Be proactive in communicating with attorneys, anticipating needs and contributing to the smooth progress of cases;
  • Support the administrative management of the legal department, with a focus on organization and deadline control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law;
  • Previous experience with legal administrative routines and case management;
  • Knowledge of procedural stages and legal systems;
  • English desirable for reading and understanding documents;
  • Proactive, organized and results-oriented profile.
