For our Collections team we are looking for a Paralegal / Legal Assistant (m/f/d) for our office in Frankfurt am Main (hybrid work possible).
Develop and implement a tailored recovery strategy for each individual case.
Court dunning proceedings, insolvency management and enforcement under German law.
Close collaboration with experienced paralegals, collections agents, the Head of Collections and external law firms.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Completed training as a legal assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte), notary assistant, business law professional (Wirtschaftsjurist*in) or comparable qualification.
At least 3–5 years of practical experience in receivables management, court dunning proceedings and enforcement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills when working with debtors.
Very good knowledge of German civil procedure (ZPO) and the processes involved in court dunning and enforcement proceedings.
Careful, structured and deadline-oriented work style with a strong eye for detail.
Enjoy working independently while collaborating closely with colleagues and external partners.
Confident presence and strong communication skills in German; English is used for internal documentation and meetings.
Openness to new processes and systems, and a willingness to contribute to their design and development.
