IberdrolaManager – Environmental Remediation
Manager of Environmental Remediation overseeing site investigation and remediation projects across New York. Coordinating teams, budgets, and regulatory compliance for contaminated sites.
About the role
- Manage internal suite of new and existing packaging files, and execute changes or file updates on existing packages.
- Coordinate with design agency for new package graphics and concept renderings.
- Work with packaging vendors to bring new packages to life, including color proofing, on-site press checks, and file review proofing process.
- Partner with Sr. Innovation Manager, finance, and operations to vet opportunities and understand business impact and resource requirements.
- Support sales team with new package image requests, mockup sample requests, and sell-in needs.
- Maintain and update an executive summary weekly to roll up progress, challenges, and decisions for Exec Team alignment.
- Proactively seek packaging improvements with ops packaging engineer to improve margin, environmental impact, speed-to-market, and quality.
- Manage project timelines, workback schedules, and multiple concurrent packaging initiatives from greenlight to shelf.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required – in Marketing or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience with consumer-packaged goods required.
- At least 1 year of Print production experience (especially in packaging) is a huge plus.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and collaborate cross-functionally internally and with customers as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis to press checks and can pilots.
- Availability and willingness to work outside of normal office hours as needed.
- Multi-tasker who can take the lead and juggle multiple projects at once.
Benefits
- The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 and is dependent upon the candidate’s experience prior to joining Spindrift.
