Outsourcing Coordination Officer at Deutsche Börse Group managing performance indicators and outsourcing processes. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain efficiency.
Responsibilities
Support the definition and documentation of measurable performance indicators and its regular monitoring
Assist in business owner allocation process
Perform a synchronization of a comprehensive list of all contractual regulatory relevant outsourcing and ICT service supporting critical or important functions relations
Review and validate outsourcing performance reports and prepare their presentation to the respective boards
Support outsourcing coordinators in fulfilling the regular tasks, such as the outsourcing pre-assessment process and review of outsourcing risk assessments
Establish and maintain adequate procedures and workflows
Interact closely with the relevant Clearstream segments, Group Third Party Risk Management, Internal Audit and Compliance
Provide a pro-active contribution to ensure team targets and objectives are being achieved within required deadlines
Assist in project work if required
Requirements
University degree or similar in economy, business administration or relevant subjects
Relevant work experience
Financial Services background and experience with outsourcing and the pertaining laws and regulations (eg. DORA, MaRisk AT. 9., CSDR, EBA & ESMA Outsourcing Guidelines) preferred
Outsourcing/Third Party Risk Management area and the pertaining laws and regulations (e.g. MaRisk AT.9., CSDR, EBA & ESMA Outsourcing Guidelines) preferred
Team spirit, very good analytical skills, critical mindset and ability to solve complex problems as well as sense of responsibility and proactive attitude are appreciated
Excellent knowledge in general office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – preferably technical background knowledge with a good understanding of databases and process improvements
Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
